Inspired by the whimsical forms of the Chrysanthemum flower, each piece in the collection masterfully recreates the organic beauty of nature’s forms and colors through the precise arrangement of minute glass tesserae, or mosaic tiles, oftentimes smaller than a millimeter in diameter. While the composition of each piece certainly merits appreciation from a distance, it is when viewed up close that Roberta’s mastery and attention to detail truly shine.
