Their story begins several generations ago with Gianpaolo Romanelli who, after beginning his career in a local tannery, founded his own fur company. It was his two sons, Luca (left) and Stefano (right), that took up the reins of the family business and offered a novel contribution to its portfolio when they began crafting premium quality leather goods in addition to the luxury outerwear that the brand already produced. Today, Stefano and Luca work alongside their children who continue the family tradition of combining elegance and function to create handcrafted leather goods and outerwear that are emblematic of the Romanelli family’s multi-generational mastery.
