A departure from the traditional baroque themes that typically adorn intarsio boxes, the “Vesuvio” Keepsake Box is an example of Franco Stinga’s distinctive take on this traditional art form.
Inspired by Piet Mondrian’s paintings, the “Vesusvius” Keepsake box is embellished with rectangular panels of stained and un-stained maple. On the lid is an an inlaid depiction of an erupting Mt. Vesuvius.
This box is lined in microfiber suede and features one removable tray.
